At Zeloriah, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, don’t worry — we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • The return request must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Contact our support team at info@zeloriah.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address if applicable.

Important: Do not send your item back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

🚚 Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely

💸 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Any original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards
